Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c diced cooked chicken
  • 1 c finely chopped celery
  • 12 c sliced almonds toasted
  • 12 c Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 12 c margarine
  • 1 2 oz can mushroom stems and pieces drained
  • 12 c Ritz crumbs for top

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except 12 cup crumbs for top
  2. Toss gently
  3. Spoon into 1 12-quart casserole
  4. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
  5. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and bake 15 minutes longer
  6. Yields 4 to 6 servings
