Hot Chicken Salad Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 c cooked chicken
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 34 c mayonnaise
- 1 c chopped celery
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c crushed buttered corn flakes
- 4 oz mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1 c cooked rice 12 c raw
- 1 tsp grated onion
- 12 c sliced almonds
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except almonds and corn flakes
- Turn into buttered casserole dish
- Top with flakes and almonds and bake in 375 to 400 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly
