Ingredients
- 4 c dry non-fat dry milk
- 1 c dry non-dairy creamer
- 34 c sugar
- 34 c cocoa
- 1 c colored miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
- Stir in marshmallows Store in an airtight container with these serving instructions Combine 14 cup mix and 6 ounces boiling water in a mug
- Stir and serve
