Hot Clam Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 12 green pepper chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 12 c bread crumbs
- 12 c grated Cheddar
- Parmesan to taste
Directions
- Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan for 15 minutes
- Add margarine oregano parsley and cayenne pepper
- Stir until margarine melts
- Add bread crumbs
- Put in small casserole
- Top with cheese
- Bake in 300 oven for 20 to 30 minutes
