Hot Clam Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 12 green pepper chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 12 c bread crumbs
  • 12 c grated Cheddar
  • Parmesan to taste

Directions

  1. Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan for 15 minutes
  2. Add margarine oregano parsley and cayenne pepper
  3. Stir until margarine melts
  4. Add bread crumbs
  5. Put in small casserole
  6. Top with cheese
  7. Bake in 300 oven for 20 to 30 minutes
