Hot Clam Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cans minced clams with liquid
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 14 lb margarine
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp pepper
- dash of Tabasco
- 12 c seasoned breadcrumbs
- 14 c American cheese
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Mix first 2 ingredients
- Simmer 15 minutes
- Mix next 7 ingredients
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Mix ingredients together
- Top with breadcrumbs and cheeses
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Makes 2 cups
