Hot Crab Triangles
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 14 tsp salt
- dash of cayenne
- 1 6 oz can white crab meat drained
- 2 Tbsp minced chives or green onion
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped blanched almonds
- 12 slices firm type white bread crusts removed
- paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Beat cheese until fluffy
- Combine mustard with milk and add to cheese with salt cayenne crab meat chives and almonds
- Mix well and spread generously on bread slices
- Sprinkle lightly with paprika
- Cut each slice in 4 triangles put on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until well browned
