Hot Crawfish Dip

Hot Crawfish Dip

Ingredients

  • 14 lb butter
  • 12 bunch green onions chopped
  • 14 c flour
  • 1 lb peeled crawfish tails with fat
  • 1 4 oz can mushrooms drained
  • salt pepper hot sauce Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • 8 oz sour cream

Directions

  1. Saute green onions in butter
  2. Stir in flour
  3. Add crawfish tails and fat continue to saute
  4. Stir in mushrooms and seasoning
  5. Fold in sour cream just before serving
  6. Keep hot in chafing dish
  7. To freeze omit sour cream and add when ready to serve
