Hot Creole Seafood Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 12 c bell pepper chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1 12 tsp Creole seasoning
  • 12 tsp chili powder
  • 18 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 6 12 oz cans lump crabmeat drained
  • 1 5 oz pkg small cooked shrimp
  • crackers to serve

Directions

  1. In a small skillet melt butter over medium-high heat
  2. Add bell pepper and green onions and saute 3 minutes
  3. Set aside
