Hot Curried Fruit

Ingredients
- 1 large can peach or apricot halves
- 12 c blanched almonds
- 34 c brown sugar
- 14 c melted butter
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 medium can pears
- 1 medium can pineapple chunks
- 1 small jar red cherries
Directions
- Drain fruit
- Spread all except cherries in baking dish
- Cut into bite size pieces
- Add cherries and almonds
- Combine sugar butter and curry powder and pour over fruit
- Bake 1 12 hours at 325
- Really delicious and great for dinner parties
- Can double recipe
