Hot Dog Chili

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp lard
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 lb hamburger
• 1 onion
• 1 Tbsp chili powder
• 1 qt tomato juice

Directions

1. Melt lard in heavy pot
2. Add hamburger salt pepper and chili powder
3. Chop onion fine and add
4. Stir in tomato juice
5. Let cook 1 hour or until thick as desired
