Hot Dog Roll-Ups

Ingredients

• 8 frankfurters
• 8 slices white sandwich bread
• 14 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp pickle relish
• 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
• 14 c margarine or butter melted

Directions

1. Place frankfurter in center of each slice bread
2. Mix mayonnaise onion relish and mustard
3. Spoon about 2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture over frankfurter secure with wooden picks Place roll-ups seam sides down in ungreased rectangular baking dish 13 x 9 x 2-inch
4. Brush with margarine
5. Bake uncovered in 350 oven until hot and golden brown about 20 minutes
6. Yields 8 sandwiches
