Hot Fudge Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 34 c white sugar
- 6 Tbsp baking cocoa divided
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c milk
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 34 c hot water
- whipped cream or ice cream optional
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine flour white sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa baking powder and salt
- Stir in the milk oil and vanilla until smooth
- Spread in an ungreased 9 x 9 square baking pan Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa
- Sprinkle over batter Pour hot water over all
- DO NOT STIR
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
- Serve warm
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired
