Hot Fudge Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 c sifted flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 34 c sugar
• 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 14 c cocoa
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 2 Tbsp melted butter
• 12 c milk
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 34 c hot water

Directions

1. Mix and sift flour baking powder salt sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa
2. Combine butter milk and vanilla
3. Add to sifted dry ingredients and blend lightly add optional 12 cup nuts and mix
4. Spread batter in a 9-inch square pan
5. Combine brown sugar and 14 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter
6. Carefully pour hot water over topping
7. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 45 minutes
8. Serve warm
9. Good with ice cream
10. Serves 9
