Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 c chocolate chips
• 12 c evaporated milk

Directions

1. Melt chocolate chips over hot water
2. Add milk heat until mixture is just warm
3. Serve over ice cream
4. Can be refrigerated and warmed again
