Hot Fudge SauceThis Is A Mom Original

Ingredients

• 7 or 8 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 23 c evaporated milk

Directions

1. Mix cocoa sugar and salt
2. Add butter and milk
3. Bring to a boil over medium to low heat stir constantly
4. When sauce thickens remove from heat
5. Cool 3 to 5 minutes
6. Serve warm or cold
7. Use over ice cream cream puffs or eclairs
