Ingredients
- 1 c plain flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 c cocoa
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp soda
- 2 Tbsp salad oil
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 34 c hot water
- 34 c white sugar
- vanilla ice cream
- cherries
