Hot Gourmet Deer Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 12 lb deer meat
  • 12 lb bacon ends
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 5 large cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 8 oz cans Contadina tomato sauce
  • 5 c water
  • 1 c Budweiser beer
  • 1 10 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies diced
  • 2 tsp Louisiana red hot sauce
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 9 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp ground oregano
  • 4 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 hot jalapeno peppers diced with seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Heinz hot ketchup
  • 20 crackers finely ground
