Hot Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 1-12-inch thick Pacific Salmon with skin on
- 1 bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
Directions
- Marinate salmon 6 hours in Wishbone dressing
- Gas grill Spray PAM on extra hot grill
- Place salmon skin side down and cook for 7 minutes
- Do not flip
- Charcoal grill
- Cook for 11 minutes
- Serve with Fiddleheads
