Hot Johnny Tomato Catsup
Ingredients
- 12 bushel tomatoes
- 12 gal cider vinegar
- 12 gal sugar
- 8 large onions
- 1 Tbsp allspice
- 12 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 14 c salt
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper

- If you like it mild leave out cayenne pepper
