Hot N Spicy Mustard

Ingredients

  • 4 oz dry mustard
  • 1 c white vinegar
  • 2 medium eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 c white sugar

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan slowly combine the vinegar and mustard whisking to make a smooth mixture
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  3. Add sugar and eggs cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil
  4. Cook for about 30 seconds or a little more until mixture coats a spoon
  5. Remove from heat pour into hot sterilized jars
  6. Cool
  7. Cover and refrigerate
  8. If this is stored for a long time it may need stirring before using
