Hot Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
- 2 large cans chunk pineapple drained well
- 1 14 c sugar
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 8 Tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 12 c grated sharp cheese
- 1 12 c Ritz crackers
- 12 stick oleo melted
Directions
- Mix together first 5 ingredients
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan Top with finely crushed crackers and melted oleo
- Bake at 375 until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly
- Serve warm
