Hot Polish Sausage
Ingredients
- 2 lb Polish sausage
- 1 large 24 oz jar chunky applesauce
- 2 large onions sliced
- 1 c brown sugar
Directions
- Cook Polish sausage in skillet to brown a bit
- Drain off fat Cut into 14-inch slices
- Mix with other ingredients and cook in microwave for 5 minutes
- Then cook 15 minutes more at Medium power
- Stir occasionally
- Serve warm with toothpicks or on small plates
