Hot Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 12 lb bacon
- 13 c vinegar plus water to make 12 c
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 5 c diced cooked potatoes
- 12 c chopped onion
Directions
- Cook bacon crumble Combine 13 cup bacon drippings 1 egg salt pepper vinegar and water Heat and stir until thickened Add potatoes onion and bacon Toss Heat through
