Hot Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 large round loaf crusty bread
• 1 can corned beef
• 1 15 12 oz can sauerkraut
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 3 to 4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

1. Cook sauerkraut and brown sugar with a little water for 30 minutes
2. drain
3. Cut
4. bread in half horizontallySpread bottom half with corned beef can be softened in microwave for 15 seconds
5. to make easier spreading
6. Place sauerkraut over corned beef
7. cover
8. withslicesof cheese
9. Place on cookie sheet in a 350 oven until cheese melts
10. Cover with top half of bread return to oven for 3 to 4 minutesCut in wedges
