Hot Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 qt Hunts whole tomatoes undrained
- 6 jalapenos seeds included
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tsp vinegar
- 3 tsp oil
- salt to taste
Directions
- Place tomatoes with juice in bowl mash tomatoes to desired consistency
- Place jalapenos onion and garlic in food processor and chop
- In skillet over low heat place vinegar oil and jalapeno mixture until warm to touch do not boil
- Sprinkle with salt several times
- Add tomatoes stir well
- Place in jars and refrigerate
