Hot SauceCanned

Ingredients
- 20 large tomatoes blended
- 4 large onions chopped
- 4 large carrots shredded
- 1 to 2 green peppers chopped
- 14 c parsley
- 3 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp crushed red pepper
- 34 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp Tabasco
Directions
- Mix all in large crock
- Bring to a boil slowly
- Then simmer until as thick as youd like
- Set into clean jars hot
- Seal in hot bath for 15 minutes or until pressure cooked 10 minutes at 5 pounds
