Hot Sausage Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 c Bisquick
- 34 c water
Directions
- Brown sausage
- Drain
- Pour sausage in a large bowl
- Cool completely
- Add cheese Bisquick and water
- Mix well until blended
- Roll into 1-inch balls or patties
- Bake at 400 until puffed and golden brown
- Bake about 12 to 15 minutes
