Hot Sausage Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot sausage
  • 1 lb Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 c Bisquick
  • 34 c water

Directions

  1. Brown sausage
  2. Drain
  3. Pour sausage in a large bowl
  4. Cool completely
  5. Add cheese Bisquick and water
  6. Mix well until blended
  7. Roll into 1-inch balls or patties
  8. Bake at 400 until puffed and golden brown
  9. Bake about 12 to 15 minutes
