Hot Sausage Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot sausage
  • 1 10 oz can tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 34 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • corn chips

Directions

  1. Cook and drain sausage
  2. Drain tomatoes reserving 14 cup of the liquid
  3. Stir all ingredients together except for the cheddar cheese
  4. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart baking dish Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes Serve with corn chips
