Hot Squash

Ingredients
- 4 or 5 medium squash sliced
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 12 lb American or Velveeta cheese
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper chopped
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook squash and onion in butter and a little water until tender drain
- Add pepper and cheese and stir until cheese melts Put in dish and top with bread crumbs
- Heat in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes or until browned
