Hot Stuff

Ingredients
- 5 lb jalapeno peppers
- 12 pkg garlic peeled
- 10 large onions peeled
- 1 c salt
- 1 pt oil
- 1 qt vinegar
- 1 qt water
Directions
- Grind together peppers garlic and onion Put in crock pan not aluminum Add salt and add just enough water to cover Let set 2 hours and drain Add oil vinegar and water Cook 30 minutes Seal in hot jars Makes 12 pints
