Hot Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 20 c tomatoes with juice
- 4 bell peppers chopped
- 4 jalapeno peppers chopped
- 4 Tbsp salt
- 4 c cider vinegar
- 6 onions chopped
- 4 hot peppers chopped
- 2 Tbsp celery seed
- 12 c brown sugar
Directions
- Mix together and cook until thick
- Put in hot pint jars and seal
- Hot bath for 10 minutes
