Hotel Peabody Vanilla Muffins
Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine melted
- 4 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c milk
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly Liberally grease muffin tins not with the nonstick spray and heat muffin pans until almost smoking
- Spoon muffin mixture into hot muffin tins
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
- Makes 3 dozen
