Huckleberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 c quick oats
- 1 c sour milk
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 34 c brown sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 14 c melted butter
- 1 c huckleberries
Directions
- Combine oats and sour milk Let stand
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Add egg and melted butter to oat mixture and mix well
- Add dry ingredients and stir only until moistened
- Fold in huckleberries
- Fill muffin cups 34 full
- Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes
