Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c all-purpose flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• 1 c vegetable oil
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 18 oz crushed pineapple drained
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 1 c chopped bananas
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

Directions

1. Combine the flour sugar soda salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl
2. Add eggs and oil stirring until dry ingredients are moistened
3. Do not beat with mixer
4. Stir in vanilla pineapple 1 cup pecans and bananas
5. Spoon batter in greased and floured 2 9-inch pans at 350 for 28 to 30 minutes
