Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 18 oz crushed pineapple drained
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 c chopped bananas
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
Directions
- Combine the flour sugar soda salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl
- Add eggs and oil stirring until dry ingredients are moistened
- Do not beat with mixer
- Stir in vanilla pineapple 1 cup pecans and bananas
- Spoon batter in greased and floured 2 9-inch pans at 350 for 28 to 30 minutes
