Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c flour
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 12 c vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 8 oz crushed pineapple drained
  • 2 c cut up banana
  • 1 c walnut chips

Directions

  1. Blend dry ingredients add eggs oil and vanilla
  2. Stir until moistened
  3. Add pineapple banana and nuts
  4. Stir well
  5. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray
  6. Spoon mixture into pan
  7. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean Frost with canned whipped cream cheese frosting
  8. Sprinkle with nuts
