Hummus
Ingredients
- 20 oz can chickpeas drained
- 12 c tahini sesame seed paste
- 12 c lemon juice
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
- salt
- paprika
Directions
- Put all ingredients except salt and paprika in a blender or food processor and puree
- Season with salt
- Garnish with paprika
- Serve with pita bread
- Makes about 3 cups
