Hummus

Ingredients

  • 20 oz can chickpeas drained
  • 12 c tahini sesame seed paste
  • 12 c lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients except salt and paprika in a blender or food processor and puree
  2. Season with salt
  3. Garnish with paprika
  4. Serve with pita bread
  5. Makes about 3 cups
