Hungarian-Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 large peppers
  • 1 large can V-8
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare peppers (remove white sections).
  2. Mix ground beef, rice, egg and seasoning.
  3. Fill peppers; place in deep cooking vessel.
  4. Cover with V-8.
  5. Cook for 1 hour at 350°.
