Hungarian Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 good size head cauliflower
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 c sour cream
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender
- Drain and place in a buttered baking dish
- Cover with bread crumbs season and pour sour cream over it
- Bake at 350 until crumbs are slightly brown
