Hungarian Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 good size head cauliflower
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 1 c sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender
  2. Drain and place in a buttered baking dish
  3. Cover with bread crumbs season and pour sour cream over it
  4. Bake at 350 until crumbs are slightly brown
