Hungarian Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 c softened butter
- 2 c flour
- 2 eggs
- 12 pt sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Crumble brown sugar butter and flour together like pie dough Reserve 1 cup for topping
- Mix together by hand the beaten eggs and sour cream
- Mix soda salt and vanilla with flour mixture Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Crumble on reserved topping Bake at 350
- for 40 minutes
- Check at 35 minutes
