Hungarian Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c brown sugar
  • 1 c softened butter
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 pt sour cream
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Crumble brown sugar butter and flour together like pie dough Reserve 1 cup for topping
  2. Mix together by hand the beaten eggs and sour cream
  3. Mix soda salt and vanilla with flour mixture Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish
  4. Crumble on reserved topping Bake at 350
  5. for 40 minutes
  6. Check at 35 minutes
