Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb stew meat
- 1 onion chopped
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- 1 to 2 Tbsp flour
- water
- 1 Tbsp oil
Directions
- Heat oil in large pan
- Add beef cubes brown them on all sides stirring every couple of minutes
- Add 1 onion chopped Continue browning meat-onion mixture for a minute or so
- Sprinkle flour on mix stirring constantly adding water slowly to prevent clumping of flour
- Season with salt pepper and paprika
- Sauce should be spicy
- Simmer slowly for 1 hour stirring occasionally Serve over cooked noodles or rice with a salad
- To ensure tender meat cover pot during simmering
