Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb beef cubes
- 2 medium onions
- paprika 2 tsp or more for color
- 6 large potatoes
- oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cut beef cubes in pieces about one-inch square or smaller Cut up onions medium fine
- Fry onions in oil until brown
- Add paprika and stir
- Add water about 4 cups
- Simmer until beef is nearly tender
- Add potatoes cubed pieces
- Cook until potatoes are done
- Eat as is or pour over noodles or rice
