Hungarian Goulash With Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef cubed
- 2 medium onions minced
- 14 tsp dry mustard
- 1 14 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 14 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 34 tsp cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 12 c water
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 6 oz pkg noodles
Directions
- Brown meat on all sides in heavy frypan or Dutch oven
- Add onion
- Combine mustard paprika brown sugar and salt
- Combine Worcestershire vinegar and ketchup
- Add to mustard mixture
- Add to meat
- Add 1 cup of the water
- Stir cover
- Cook over low heat 2 12 hours or until meat is tender
