Hungarian GoulashCrock-Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 lb round steak cut into 12-inch cubes
  • 1 c chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 14 tsp dried thyme crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 can tomatoes 1 lb 12 oz
  • 1 c sour cream

Directions

  1. Put steak cubes onions and garlic in crock-pot
  2. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream
  4. Stir well
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours
  6. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving and stir in thoroughly
  7. May cook on high for 5 to 6 hours stirring occasionally
  8. Serve over hot buttered noodles
