Hungarian Hamburger Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs as needed
- 4 cans tomato soup
- 1 can pizza sauce
- 8 carrots sliced
- 6 potatoes diced
- 1 large green pepper
- 12 tsp seasoned salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp garlic salt
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
Directions
- Mix ground beef egg seasoned salt pepper and garlic salt in bowl
- Makes tablespoon size meatballs
- Roll meatballs in bread crumbs and set to one side
- Add tomato soup pizza sauce carrots potatoes green pepper oregano and paprika bring to slow boil
- Put in meatballs cook for 1 12 hours
