Hungarian Pork And Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 1 onion sliced very thin
- 6 pork chops or spareribs
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 c water
- 1 heaping tsp sugar
Directions
- Place 6 pork chops or spareribs on bottom of pan
- Top with onion sliced very thin
- Add sauerkraut drained over pork then next pour on tomato sauce
- Add water cover and simmer 1 12 hours on top of stove
- Before serving add 1 heaping teaspoonful sugar
- Do not stir or disturb while cooking
