Hungry Jack Biscuit Barbecups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 c barbecue sauce
  • 14 c chopped onion or 1 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 12 c shredded cheese
  • 1 10 oz can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Grease 10 muffin cups
  3. Brown ground beef and drain
  4. Stir in barbecue sauce onion and brown sugar
  5. Cook 3 minutes to blend
  6. Stir constantly
  7. Separate dough into 10 biscuits
  8. Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup
  9. Press in bottom and up sides to rim
  10. Spoon about 14 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit cup
  11. Sprinkle with cheese
  12. Bake at 375
  13. for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are brown
  14. Cool 2 minutes Remove from pan
  15. Makes 10 servings
