Hungry Jack Biscuit Barbecups
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 c barbecue sauce
- 14 c chopped onion or 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 12 c shredded cheese
- 1 10 oz can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Grease 10 muffin cups
- Brown ground beef and drain
- Stir in barbecue sauce onion and brown sugar
- Cook 3 minutes to blend
- Stir constantly
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits
- Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup
- Press in bottom and up sides to rim
- Spoon about 14 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit cup
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Bake at 375
- for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are brown
- Cool 2 minutes Remove from pan
- Makes 10 servings
