Hunky Pory Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c shortening
• 1 12 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 34 c flour
• 1 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream sugar and shortening add eggs and vanilla
2. Add dry ingredients
3. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours
4. Roll in balls the size of walnuts
5. Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar
6. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes
