HunterS Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken cut up
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 c mushrooms sliced
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- mixed dried herbs optional
Directions
- Cut chicken in serving pieces
- Saute in oil until well browned and tender about 25 minutes
- Remove from pan and keep warm
- In the same pan saute mushrooms and onion
- Add tomato paste and herbs
- Cook about 4 minutes then pour over the chicken
- Serve with boiled noodles with poppy seed and a green salad
