HusbandS Delight
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 c chopped onion
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 14 c catsup
- 8 to 10 refrigerator biscuits
Directions
- In a large skillet brown beef with onion then drain grease Stir in soup cream cheese and catsup
- Transfer to a large casserole dish
- Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
- Top with biscuits and bake for an additional 10 to 20 minutes until biscuits are golden brown
