Hush Puppies
Ingredients
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 1 c self-rising corn meal
- 34 c milk
- 14 c minced or chopped onion
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
- garlic salt
- parsley flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Take a tablespoon and dip out the amount for the size you want to make
- Deep fry in fresh hot Crisco grease
- Take out when golden brown and drain on paper towels
- Serve hot
