Ingredients

• 20 lb corn meal self-rising
• 2 lb flour
• 2 doz eggs
• 1 can baking powder
• 18 large onions
• 1 lb sugar
• 12 gal buttermilk
• 1 small bottle lemon juice

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients meal flour sugar and baking powder Add eggs 12 of them
2. Add 12 buttermilk
3. Add chopped up onions 12 of them
4. Mix well and then add remainder of onions and milk
5. Mix
6. Form balls of about a teaspoon size
7. Deep fry in oil until done oil temperature 350
