Hushpuppies

Ingredients

• 12 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 12 c cornmeal
• 1 small onion
• 1 egg beaten
• 34 c milk

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Drop by spoonfuls in hot oil Cook until golden brown
3. When done they will float
4. Drain on absorbent paper
