Ice Cream Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c Crisco
• 1 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• pinch of salt

Directions

1. Whip Crisco sugar eggs and vanilla together
2. Mix flour soda cream of tartar and pinch of salt
3. Combine and drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet
4. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
